I ordered this to use with my spouses hearing aid. It works wonders. Best thing we have discovered since she started wearing aids. It has totally changed our life and being able to communicate better. Thank you for this product

We pretty much presume that products will work when we buy them. In this case that is exactly true. The better part of my experience is that I didn't have any idea as to what I wanted or how to make it work. Customer service walked me through my options and follow up calls were also professional, personal, informal, and non demanding. I am impressed with this organization, their products, and their people.

I expect to deal with them in the future.

Makes hearing easier

I have been using hearing aids for a number of years. Phonak Paradise is the best option I have ever had. Even with those there is an ability to hear better but that often includes a "fuzziness". The Partner Mic brings a clear signal that works great especially in one on one conversations, even when in background noise atmospheres. A daily walk with my wife allows normal conversation even though her voice is not coming directly at me. Casual conversations are crystal clear. It is inconvenient to use any hearing device but if you need them, it is much better when they work.
