Connexx WG3.0 Nanocare: .Don't waste your money

The filters worked as they should. However there was one significant issue.. When pulling out the black filter holders, there were no white filters on at least half the filter holders. I looked inside the box thinking some filters came off when I took out the holder. However I couldn't find any. So I figured that I paid over 7 dollars for just 4 filters. That was true for every pack of 8 filters. I wrote you complaining about it but I never got a response. Since then I found a better source where everyone of the 8 filters was there.
