The ReSound AllFit Open Dome is a newly designed ear-tip that enhances both comfort and acoustic performance while keeping your hearing aid secure in the ear. Engineered with an updated contoured shape and optimized venting, AllFit Open Domes promote a more natural listening experience by maintaining airflow and reducing occlusion. Made from thicker, medical-grade silicone, ReSound AllFit Domes offer improved durability and long-lasting comfort. The updated loop design provides enhanced wax protection while allowing for easy handling and replacement. Designed for greater fitting flexibility, AllFit domes are compatible with both SureFit 3 and SureFit 2C receivers as well as thin tubes, making them suitable for a wide range of ReSound hearing aids. 

For maximum sound quality and to help prevent itchiness, staining, and tears, replace ReSound domes along with ReSound GN Wax Guards and (optional) GN ReSound Sure Fit Retention Cords every month, or when your hearing aid has stopped working.
