It's advertised as giving you 3 charges, but that's full charges. If you don't do a lot of Bluetooth during the day, like me, you'll get a lot more. At the end of most days I typically have 60% battery. I've recharged 10 nights and still have around 50% left in the charger.

I first received the Widex TV play and thought it didn't work. I worked with it for awhile and now it works fine. I didn't have it hooked up correctly. I have a sound bar and tried disconnecting it and connected the TV play with the sound bar optical cable. It didn't work. Then I hooked it up with the Widex cable and it worked fine. Very happy with the unit. It was my fault.
I'm new to hearing aids and my audiologist has been no help. I have had to do my own research to find out how to keep my hearing aids I'm ears. My hearing aids are TruHearing brand but I found out they are Signia. I ordered the 3.0 concha locks. They fit fine and have made my life with hearing aid hreat

The first time I use the table microphone I knew I was going to use it all the time. Very clear sound makes it possible to eat in a noisy restaurant. Even handy around the house if your wife has a quiet voice
I have NEVER experienced such AMAZING customer service! First, we ordered an additional charger for my son's hearing aids and Omni texted us to assure we were looking for the correct charger and wanted a picture of the hearing aids. Second, I randomly texted them about another accessory and Omni texted right back. Third, I called their customer service number and got someone on the first ring! Crazy but true. Amazing customer service. Will always buy any accessories at Omni.
Very happy to be able to purchase this product. Miracle Ear expected us to drive 50 miles to replace the wax stops. Once we were able to find these online we can replace as needed and not have to make an appointment for 3 days later and reserve 3 to 4 hours to do something we can do ourselves in 2 or less minutes at home.
