These are hard to find online, but OMNI comes through. They fit perfectly. It's wise to stock up.

The Starkey power line in and Audio line work great. It is easy to use.

This works for Costco Phonak Brio though you cannot find a reference anywhere for it. I even called Phonak for a part number... their response was to please see a hearing aid provider. No Thanks. It seems Costco has limited themselves to hearing aid choices and has placed me in a bind as far as continuing support is concerned. I may go with Starkey next time even though it may cost more.
