Very good company to deal with very thorough

I bought this product from them they were one of the few that still offered it and they were the most fairest price the shipping came fast and it was exactly what I needed I give them five stars and if I needed another one I would definitely come back to them thank you so much for your excellent service and getting me the product. PS my hearing aids are 13 years old so I'm very impressed they were able to get me a new earpiece for it

quality question of the receiver

when the receiver was plugged in and turned on, it said left is ready. The sound is fine but it has extra ziggling sounds. It is annoying. Not sure where is the source of it.
Any idea how to fix it. Any possibility of replace it. Right side is very quite without any extra noise.

I've had this Streamer for almost 2 wks now and I'm loving everything about. It was super easy to hook up and pair to my hearing aids ( probably took less than 30 min). The clarity is great and I've been enjoying TV more than I have in years!

Easy Guard Domes easier all around.

I find the easy guard domes (small) far superior in hearing. As someone who has a lot of ear wax, I find these are also easier to clean.

Geatly Improved Sound

Before purchasing the TV Play 2, I had the TV Play. The 2 version sound quality is improved. Sound is crisper and clearer than the previous TV Play. Well worth the upgrade!
