Works great, i can change my hearing aids multiple times with to having to plug it in. I also appreciate having a closed case for traveling.

Item exactly as described. Got a much appreciated call before shipping to confirm charger was compatible with my hearing aids. Arrived on date promised (no easy feat since delivery location we in HI).

It's advertised as giving you 3 charges, but that's full charges. If you don't do a lot of Bluetooth during the day, like me, you'll get a lot more. At the end of most days I typically have 60% battery. I've recharged 10 nights and still have around 50% left in the charger.

I first received the Widex TV play and thought it didn't work. I worked with it for awhile and now it works fine. I didn't have it hooked up correctly. I have a sound bar and tried disconnecting it and connected the TV play with the sound bar optical cable. It didn't work. Then I hooked it up with the Widex cable and it worked fine. Very happy with the unit. It was my fault.

I'm new to hearing aids and my audiologist has been no help. I have had to do my own research to find out how to keep my hearing aids I'm ears. My hearing aids are TruHearing brand but I found out they are Signia. I ordered the 3.0 concha locks. They fit fine and have made my life with hearing aid hreat
