Works as advertised! No wax issues. Size and quality are great.

I find the easy guard domes (small) far superior in hearing. As someone who has a lot of ear wax, I find these are also easier to clean.

I feel like the new Easyguard domes are slightly larger than the vented ones I have been using for years. Both are medium but the easyguards are difficult to insert and tend to work their way out.
I wish I'd purchased them in a size Small.
They do sound just as good, if not better than my vented domes, and with no occlusion either!!

These domes are wildly overpriced. All of the suppliers are gouging since these are a new product. Just terrible.
