Its small vent openings help reduce the plugged feeling while providing fuller, richer sound compared to open domes. Made from thicker, medical-grade silicone, ReSound AllFit Domes offer improved durability and long-lasting comfort. The updated loop design provides enhanced wax protection while allowing for easy handling and replacement. Designed for greater fitting flexibility,  AllFit domes are compatible with both SureFit 3 and SureFit 2C receivers as well as thin tubes, making them suitable for a wide range of ReSound hearing aids. 

For maximum sound quality and to help prevent itchiness, staining, and tears, replace ReSound domes along with ReSound GN Wax Guards and (optional) GN ReSound Sure Fit Retention Cords every month, or when your hearing aid has stopped working.

Please note if any of the above hearing aids are still using older SureFit 2B receivers they are not compatible with Sure Fit 3 domes. In that case, please use SureFit 2 domes.
