Great idea, slightly unreliable

Not sure why, but the charger doesn't always make full connection with both hearing aids. It seems more sensitive to placement that the regular charger. My original plan was to use this as a portable charger (eg on vacations etc) but several times ive had the left H/A on 26% after what looks like a full charge cycle. This doesn't happen with the other charger case. Its with Genesis AI 24 mRIC R

I've had this Streamer for almost 2 wks now and I'm loving everything about. It was super easy to hook up and pair to my hearing aids ( probably took less than 30 min). The clarity is great and I've been enjoying TV more than I have in years!

Easy Guard Domes easier all around.

I find the easy guard domes (small) far superior in hearing. As someone who has a lot of ear wax, I find these are also easier to clean.
