quality question of the receiver

when the receiver was plugged in and turned on, it said left is ready. The sound is fine but it has extra ziggling sounds. It is annoying. Not sure where is the source of it.
Any idea how to fix it. Any possibility of replace it. Right side is very quite without any extra noise.
