It is a Phonak charger. Works great. Just make sure it is the right charger for your hearing aids.
I first received the Widex TV play and thought it didn't work. I worked with it for awhile and now it works fine. I didn't have it hooked up correctly. I have a sound bar and tried disconnecting it and connected the TV play with the sound bar optical cable. It didn't work. Then I hooked it up with the Widex cable and it worked fine. Very happy with the unit. It was my fault.
