This is a truly great company I placed a direct order for components of my hearing aid which allowed me to avoid higher charges at my audiologist When I discovered that one of the components was defective I was able to speak to a company representative. Who immediately sent me replacements at no charge. I am a university academic physician in North Carolina. I intend to tell all of my friends who use hearing devices to consider using on the hearing

Omni Hearing has extraordinary customer service. They have helped me figure out which chargers to use for several hearing aids, which can be really confusing without help from someone who knows all the products.

I was recently evacuated from fires in CA, and left without my hearing aid charger. Omni Hearing went above and beyond to get me the charger quickly, for the best price possible. I have a lot of loyalty to this company for the goodwill they showed me during this time.

Bottom line: if you need hearing aids or accessories, Omni Hearing will not disappoint.

It's advertised as giving you 3 charges, but that's full charges. If you don't do a lot of Bluetooth during the day, like me, you'll get a lot more. At the end of most days I typically have 60% battery. I've recharged 10 nights and still have around 50% left in the charger.
