Almost perfect

I purchased this mainly so I could hear instructions from my Pilates teachers in a room with very high ceilings and soft background noise. It works perfectly! But in a restaurant it picks up multiple voices which doesn’t work if they are at a neighboring table,

I've had this Streamer for almost 2 wks now and I'm loving everything about. It was super easy to hook up and pair to my hearing aids ( probably took less than 30 min). The clarity is great and I've been enjoying TV more than I have in years!

Easy Guard Domes easier all around.

I find the easy guard domes (small) far superior in hearing. As someone who has a lot of ear wax, I find these are also easier to clean.
