I first received the Widex TV play and thought it didn't work. I worked with it for awhile and now it works fine. I didn't have it hooked up correctly. I have a sound bar and tried disconnecting it and connected the TV play with the sound bar optical cable. It didn't work. Then I hooked it up with the Widex cable and it worked fine. Very happy with the unit. It was my fault.
I'm new to hearing aids and my audiologist has been no help. I have had to do my own research to find out how to keep my hearing aids I'm ears. My hearing aids are TruHearing brand but I found out they are Signia. I ordered the 3.0 concha locks. They fit fine and have made my life with hearing aid hreat

I had a really hard time finding a vendor to buy domes for my hearing aides. The resound website should have a place to buy these. Omni Hearing did a great job with the size a description of just what I needed. I do hope they keep this item in stock!
