NEW DIRECTIONS TO ADD CUSTOM PROGAMS

Go to My Starkey App hit Prog. Then hit any program on screen (not add). On next page hit circle with 3 dots and go to adjust sound. Move EQ sliders then hit create a program at the bottom after giving it a name then hit check mark in upper right corner to save. Make as many as you want, compare them, and see if this helps with clarity.

Don't press your luck

1st thing you want to do is buy it where you can return it. A lot of bad reviews are correct. If you do buy one, on set-up pair hearing aids on each side. you must also pair H.A. w/your device. Once I got mine working, it worked only about 10 - 15 secs. then had to be reset from start of set-up. when it did work, the rest of the app didn't. If you're buying just to help with clarity, use the M S APP , go to programs, then custom, then add. Then use the EQ to make diff. programs and hit the check mark in the upper right corner after each one. Try that before going thru all the headaches and wasting your time and money.

Game changer in our house

Game changer in our house. Prior to hearing aids and this StarLink Edge TV Streamer, the TV would be loud and stressful. We have purchased two TV Streamers for den and primary bedroom. I can have the tv volume back on 4 again when he had to have it on 17 prior. My setup uses the USB cable to power the box and the optic cable to stream the TV streamer. No cords showing.

New charger

Love my new charger. The one I had started to fade and I can't be without my "ears". Works well and charges quickly. Also like that I can close it the whole way when in or out of use. Thanks for making a great product.
