Omni Hearing was one one of the best because it could correctly fill my request for Oticon ProWax miniFit Filters. Other vendors would send an Oticon product the was not ProWax miniFit.

I have NEVER experienced such AMAZING customer service! First, we ordered an additional charger for my son's hearing aids and Omni texted us to assure we were looking for the correct charger and wanted a picture of the hearing aids. Second, I randomly texted them about another accessory and Omni texted right back. Third, I called their customer service number and got someone on the first ring! Crazy but true. Amazing customer service. Will always buy any accessories at Omni.
