Lock Sleeves

I added the lock sleeves exactly as shown in the picture that came with the product. I have had my hearing aids for several years and have replaced lock sleeves before. These curve in the opposite direction from the way they should and tend to want to stick straight our of my ear.

I ordered the wrong sleeve. I messaged Omni who replied and they asked what hearing aid I had. I gave them all the identifiers that I had but never received any response free m them after that.

I've had this Streamer for almost 2 wks now and I'm loving everything about. It was super easy to hook up and pair to my hearing aids ( probably took less than 30 min). The clarity is great and I've been enjoying TV more than I have in years!

Easy Guard Domes easier all around.

I find the easy guard domes (small) far superior in hearing. As someone who has a lot of ear wax, I find these are also easier to clean.
